Bohdan Zubač is an attorney-at-law at FINREG PARTNERS. His practice focuses on intellectual property law, information and communication technologies, modern technologies (including cryptoassets and DLT), e-commerce, and personal data protection.
He also has experience in corporate law, M&A, and private international law. He is actively involved in lecturing and publishing in these areas. Prior to joining FINREG PARTNERS, he gained many years of experience at one of the leading Czech law firms.
Bohdan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he also earned a Ph.D. degree in 2024. His doctoral research focused on conflict of laws in the proprietary issues of dematerialized securities (DLT-based securities).
Bohdan is the author of the monograph Blockchain and the Dematerialization of Securities: A Conflict-of-Law Context (Prague: Wolters Kluwer CZ, 2025).
