Issuing bonds

The following bond offerings are most frequently issued:

• Bond Public Issues – bond offer up to EUR 1 000 000
• Private placement – bond offer for up to 149 investors
• Public bond offer with a prospectus approved by the CNB – no limitation on EUR or number of investors
